*Personalized items are only refundable if an error occurred by the fault of Hermitage Weddings;

ORDERING, PROCESSING & SHIPPING.
All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. In an effort to provide you with the fastest possible service, no modifications can be made once your order is processed.
In order to offer you the greatest value we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as low as possible. We are always working to reduce the costs and increase the efficiencies of shipping and processing. Variations in shipping may occur because a non-personalized item might be available to ship within 48 hours, but an engraved/customized item may need more time. If you want your items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Have your order delivered to your workplace. It’s guaranteed someone will be there to receive it, and you don’t have to worry about it being left outside unattended. (Confirm with your employer and be sure to include company name and address.)
